At WAHTS, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack the Items

Securely place the items in their original WAHTS shipping box or a similar protective container to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

Drop Off & Refund

Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
